For Aloo Tikki
4 large potatoes, boiled & mashed ๐ฅ
2 tbsp cornflour or bread crumbs
1 green chilli, finely chopped ๐ถ๏ธ
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ๐ฟ
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

1 cup boiled white chickpeas ๐

1 medium onion, finely chopped ๐ง
1 medium tomato, pureed ๐
Salt to taste
