๐ Ingredients
For the Chicken
500 g boneless chicken (thighs or breast), bite-sized ๐
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For the Honey Gochujang Sauce
1ยฝ tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste) ๐ถ๏ธ
2 tbsp honey ๐ฏ
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar or rice vinegar
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
