๐ Ingredients
Main Ingredients
5โ6 eggs, hard-boiled & slit ๐ฅ
3 tbsp coconut oil (preferred)
2 medium onions, thinly sliced ๐ง
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped ๐
2 green chillies, slit ๐ถ๏ธ
1 sprig curry leaves ๐ฟ
Salt to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Eggs
Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly shallow-fry the boiled eggs until the surface turns slightly golden ๐ฅโจ.

Step 2: Build the Base
Heat coconut oil in a pan ๐ฅ.
Add curry leaves and sliced onions; sautรฉ until onions turn golden brown ๐ง

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
Sautรฉ until the raw smell disappears ๐.
Step 4: Add Tomatoes & PIKS Spices
