๐ Ingredients
For Soya Chaap
6โ8 soya chaap sticks
Water for boiling
1 tbsp oil or butter (for grilling)
For Tandoori Marinade
ยฝ cup thick curd (hung curd) ๐ฅฃ
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice ๐
1 tbsp mustard oil (for authentic tandoori flavour)

1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1: Prepare the Soya Chaap
Boil soya chaap sticks in water for 5โ7 minutes to remove raw smell.
Drain, rinse with fresh water, squeeze gently, and pat dry.
Step 2: Make the Marinade
