๐ Ingredients
For Ghevar Batter
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
3 tbsp ghee (melted & cooled)
ยฝ cup chilled milk ๐ฅ
ยฝ cup chilled water
Ice cubes (for keeping batter cold) โ๏ธ
For Frying
Ghee (or refined oil) โ deep frying
For Sugar Syrup
1 cup sugar
ยฝ cup water
ยฝ tsp PIKS Green Cardamom Powder ๐ฟโจ

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, add maida and ghee. Rub gently until crumbly.
Slowly add chilled milk and water, whisking continuously to form a thin, smooth, lump-free batter.

Heat ghee in a deep, wide kadai on medium heat. The ghee should be hot but not smoking.
