6 bread slices ๐
1 cup besan (gram flour)
ยฝ tsp PIKS Turmeric Powder
1 tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
1 tsp PIKS Coriander Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Cumin Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
ยฝ tsp PIKS Ajwain (optional, for authentic taste)
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda (optional)
Water as needed
Oil for deep frying
Optional stuffing (for aloo bread pakora):
2 boiled potatoes (mashed) ๐ฅ

1๏ธโฃ Prepare the batter
In a bowl, mix besan, PIKS Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Ajwain, salt, and baking soda ๐ถ๏ธโจ.
Add water gradually to make a smooth, thick batter (coating consistency).
2๏ธโฃ Prepare stuffing (optional)
Mix mashed potatoes with PIKS Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, salt, and coriander ๐ฟ. Spread between two bread slices and cut into triangles ๐ฅ.
