PIKS Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

๐ Ingredients
Vegetables๐ฅฆ
Potatoes โ 3 (boiled & mashed)
Cauliflower โ 1 cup (boiled)
Green peas โ 1 cup
Capsicum โ 1 large (finely chopped)
Tomatoes โ 3 large (finely chopped/pureed)
Onions โ 2 medium (finely chopped)
Green chillies โ 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger-Garlic paste โ 1 tbsp
Butter & Oil๐ง
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
PIKS Spices๐ง
1โ1.5 tbsp PIKS Pav Bhaji Masala
1 tsp PIKS Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Turmeric Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
A pinch of PIKS Black Salt (optional)
Others๐ฟ
Lemon juice โ 1 tbsp
Salt โ to taste
Coriander โ chopped
Pav buns โ 8
Butter for toasting pav
๐ฅ Detailed Method
1๏ธโฃ Prepare Vegetables
Boil potatoes, peas, and cauliflower until very soft.
Mash well and keep aside.
Chop capsicum, tomatoes, onions.
2๏ธโฃ Make the Masala Base
Heat oil + butter on a large tawa or pan.
Add onions โ sautรฉ until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste โ fry until aromatic.
Add capsicum โ cook 3โ4 minutes.
Add tomatoes โ cook till mushy.
3๏ธโฃ Add PIKS Spices
Add the following:

1 tsp PIKS Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Salt
1 tbsp PIKS Pav Bhaji Masala
Cook until the masala releases oil and becomes flavourful.

Add mashed potatoes, cauliflower, and peas.
Add 1 cup hot water.
Start mashing continuously for smooth, street-style texture.
Let it cook 10โ12 minutes on medium heat. Add more water if needed.

Add ยฝ tbsp more PIKS Pav Bhaji Masala.
Add ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala.
Add a pinch of PIKS Black Salt (optional).
Add butter + lemon juice + coriander.
Mix well for deep Mumbai flavour.
