๐งพ Ingredients
For tandoori paneer filling:
200 g paneer (cut into small cubes) ๐ง
3 tbsp thick yogurt
1 tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Turmeric Powder
1 tsp PIKS Coriander Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Cumin Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ๐ง
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
For assembling sandwich:
6 bread slices ๐
3 cheese slices or grated cheese ๐ง
1 small onion (thinly sliced) ๐ง
1 small capsicum (thinly sliced) ๐ซ
Butter for grilling
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
1๏ธโฃ Marinate the paneer
In a bowl, mix yogurt, PIKS Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Black Pepper, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and oil ๐ถ๏ธโจ.
Add paneer cubes and coat well. Rest for 15โ20 minutes.

Heat a pan and sautรฉ the marinated paneer on medium heat for 3โ4 minutes until slightly charred and aromatic ๐ฅ๐ง.
