Crunchy samosas are crushed and topped with warm chana masala, cooling yogurt, and flavorful chutneys, all enhanced with aromatic PIKS spices for authentic taste. ๐ฅ๐ถ๏ธ Samosa Chaat โ Full Recipe
๐งพ Ingredients
For chana masala:
1 cup boiled chickpeas (chana)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp PIKS Cumin Seeds
1 tomato (finely chopped) ๐
ยฝ tsp PIKS Turmeric Powder
1 tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
1ยฝ tsp PIKS Coriander Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Cumin Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
Salt to taste
ยฝ cup water
For assembling chaat:
4 crispy samosas (broken into pieces) ๐ฅ
ยฝ cup fresh yogurt (whisked) ๐ฅ
2 tbsp tamarind chutney ๐ฏ
2 tbsp mint chutney ๐ฟ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Chaat Masala
1 small onion (finely chopped) ๐ง
Fresh coriander leaves ๐ฟ
Sev (optional)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the chana masala
Heat oil in a pan and add PIKS Cumin Seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft ๐

Add PIKS Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, and salt. Cook until aromatic.
2๏ธโฃ Add chickpeas
Add boiled chickpeas and water. Simmer for 8โ10 minutes until slightly thick and flavourful. Finish with PIKS Garam Masala ๐ถ๏ธโจ.
3๏ธโฃ Assemble the chaat
Place crushed samosas on a serving plate. Spoon hot chana masala over them ๐ฅ.
4๏ธโฃ Add toppings
Top with whisked yogurt, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, chopped onions, and fresh coriander ๐ฟ.
5๏ธโฃ Finish with seasoning
