Ingredients

  • Paneer (cubes) – 250 g

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

  • Onion paste – 1 medium

  • Tomato puree – 2 medium

  • Cashew paste – 2 tbsp

  • Fresh cream – 2–3 tbsp

  • PIKS Shahi Paneer Masala – 1Β½ tsp

  • PIKS Red Chilli Powder – Β½ tsp

  • PIKS Turmeric Powder – a pinch

  • PIKS Garam Masala – Β½ tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Water – as needed

  • Kasuri methi – 1 tsp (crushed)

Method

  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add onion paste and sautΓ© until light golden.

  2. Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.

  3. Stir in cashew paste and cook on low flame for 1–2 minutes.

  4. Add PIKS turmeric, red chilli powder, Shahi Paneer Masala, and salt. Mix well.

  5. Add water for desired consistency and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

  6. Add paneer cubes, fresh cream, and crushed kasuri methi.
