Ingredients

  • Paneer (cubes) โ€“ 250 g

  • Butter โ€“ 2 tbsp

  • Oil โ€“ 1 tbsp

  • Onion paste โ€“ 1 medium

  • Tomato puree โ€“ 2 medium

  • Cashew paste โ€“ 2 tbsp

  • Fresh cream โ€“ 2โ€“3 tbsp

  • PIKS Shahi Paneer Masala โ€“ 1ยฝ tsp

  • PIKS Red Chilli Powder โ€“ ยฝ tsp

  • PIKS Turmeric Powder โ€“ a pinch

  • PIKS Garam Masala โ€“ ยฝ tsp

  • Salt โ€“ to taste

  • Water โ€“ as needed

  • Kasuri methi โ€“ 1 tsp (crushed)

Method

  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add onion paste and sautรฉ until light golden.

  2. Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.

  3. Stir in cashew paste and cook on low flame for 1โ€“2 minutes.

  4. Add PIKS turmeric, red chilli powder, Shahi Paneer Masala, and salt. Mix well.

  5. Add water for desired consistency and simmer for 3โ€“4 minutes.

  6. Add paneer cubes, fresh cream, and crushed kasuri methi.
