Ingredients
Paneer (cubes) β 250 g
Butter β 2 tbsp
Oil β 1 tbsp
Onion paste β 1 medium
Tomato puree β 2 medium
Cashew paste β 2 tbsp
Fresh cream β 2β3 tbsp
PIKS Shahi Paneer Masala β 1Β½ tsp
PIKS Red Chilli Powder β Β½ tsp
PIKS Turmeric Powder β a pinch
PIKS Garam Masala β Β½ tsp
Salt β to taste
Water β as needed
Kasuri methi β 1 tsp (crushed)
Method
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add onion paste and sautΓ© until light golden.
Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
Stir in cashew paste and cook on low flame for 1β2 minutes.
Add PIKS turmeric, red chilli powder, Shahi Paneer Masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add water for desired consistency and simmer for 3β4 minutes.
Add paneer cubes, fresh cream, and crushed kasuri methi.
Sprinkle PIKS Garam Masala, mix gently, and cook for 1β2 minutes. Serve hot.
