  • Coriander leaves (chopped) – Β½ cup

  • Green chilies (slit) – 2

  • Basmati rice – 3 cups (soaked 30 min)

  • Water – plenty

  • Green cardamom – 4

  • Cloves – 6

  • Cinnamon – 1 stick

  • Salt – enough (water should taste slightly salty)

➑️ Boil rice till 70% cooked. Drain and keep aside.

🍳 Cooking the Chicken Masala

  1. Heat ghee + oil (2 tbsp each) in a heavy pan πŸ”₯

  2. Add whole spices (bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)

  3. Add marinated chicken and cook on medium flame

  4. Cook till chicken is 80% done and oil separates
