๐ถ๏ธ Ingredients
For marination:
700 g chicken (bone-in or boneless) ๐
ยฝ cup yogurt
ยฝ tsp PIKS Turmeric Powder
1 tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
For the curry:
3 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tsp PIKS Cumin Seeds
2 medium onions (finely chopped) ๐ง
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste ๐ง
2 tomatoes (finely chopped) ๐
1ยฝ tsp PIKS Coriander Powder
1 tsp PIKS Cumin Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
2 cups fresh methi leaves (washed & chopped) ๐ฟ
1 cup warm water
Salt as needed
Fresh coriander for garnish ๐ฑ
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
1๏ธโฃ Marinate the chicken
Mix chicken with yogurt, PIKS Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, and salt. Rest for at least 30 minutes so flavours absorb well ๐โจ.
2๏ธโฃ Prepare the base
Heat oil in a heavy pan. Add PIKS Cumin Seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sautรฉ until golden brown ๐ง

3๏ธโฃ Add ginger-garlic & tomatoes
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and oil starts separating ๐

4๏ธโฃ Add PIKS spices
Add PIKS Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook on low heat to release the spice aroma ๐ถ๏ธ.
5๏ธโฃ Cook the chicken
Add marinated chicken and sautรฉ for 5โ7 minutes until sealed and lightly browned ๐.

Add fresh chopped methi leaves and mix well. Cook until they wilt and blend into the gravy ๐ฟโจ.
