๐งพ Ingredients
2 cups kathal (raw jackfruit), boiled and mashed ๐ฟ
1 boiled potato, mashed ๐ฅ
ยฝ cup besan (gram flour), dry roasted
1 small onion, finely chopped ๐ง
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ๐ง
1 tsp PIKS Garam Masala
ยฝ tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Turmeric Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Cumin Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped ๐ฟ
2โ3 tbsp oil for shallow frying

1๏ธโฃ Prepare the base mixture
In a large bowl, combine mashed kathal and mashed potato. Mix well until smooth ๐ฅ๐ฟ.
2๏ธโฃ Add roasted besan & aromatics
Add roasted besan, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, and fresh coriander. Mix thoroughly.
3๏ธโฃ Season with PIKS spices
Add PIKS Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, and salt ๐ถ๏ธโจ.
Mix everything well to form a firm, dough-like mixture.

Take small portions and shape into flat round patties using your hands ๐ฅ.
