For the sauce:
2 tbsp oil
200 g chicken, pork, or tofu (cubed) ๐
1 medium onion (diced) ๐ง
1 small potato (cubed) ๐ฅ
ยฝ cup cabbage (chopped) ๐ฅฌ
3 tbsp Korean black bean paste (chunjang)
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Red Chilli Flakes ๐ถ๏ธ (optional for heat)
ยผ tsp PIKS Garlic Powder
1ยฝ cups water or stock
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
For the noodles:
250 g thick wheat noodles ๐
Salted water for boiling
For garnish:
Fresh cucumber (julienned) ๐ฅ

1๏ธโฃ Cook the noodles
Boil noodles in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse lightly. Keep aside ๐โจ.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the protein
Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add chicken, pork, or tofu and sautรฉ until lightly browned ๐๐ฅ.
3๏ธโฃ Add vegetables
Add onion, potato, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3โ4 minutes until slightly softened ๐ง
