Kadhi base:
Fresh curd (yogurt) โ 1ยฝ cups ๐ฅ
Besan (gram flour) โ 3 tbsp ๐พ
Water โ 3 cups ๐ง
Ginger paste โ 1 tsp ๐ง
Green chilli paste โ ยฝ tsp ๐ถ๏ธ
Sugar / jaggery โ 1ยฝ tsp ๐ฏ
Salt โ to taste ๐ง

Basmati rice โ 1ยฝ cups ๐
Water โ 3 cups ๐ง
Salt โ ยฝ tsp ๐ง
Ghee โ 1 tsp (optional) ๐ง

In a bowl, whisk curd, besan, and water till smooth and lump-free โจ
