1 large cauliflower (cut into thick steaks) ๐ฅฆ
3 tbsp olive oil
ยฝ tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garlic Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Oregano
ยผ tsp PIKS Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
ยฝ cup grated parmesan cheese ๐ง
2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish ๐ฟ
