๐งพ Ingredients
200 g ladyfinger biscuits (or sponge fingers) ๐ช
1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled) โ
1 tbsp sugar (for coffee, optional)
For the cream layer:
250 g mascarpone cheese
1 cup fresh cream (chilled) ๐ฅ
ยฝ cup powdered sugar
100 g melted dark chocolate ๐ซ
ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
A pinch PIKS Cinnamon Powder or PIKS Nutmeg Powder (optional, enhances flavour)
For topping:
1โ2 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate shavings (optional) ๐ซ
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the coffee dip
Brew strong coffee and let it cool. Add sugar if desired and keep aside โโจ.
2๏ธโฃ Make the chocolate cream
In a bowl, whip fresh cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, melted chocolate, vanilla, and a pinch of PIKS Cinnamon or Nutmeg ๐ซ. Fold whipped cream gently into this mixture until smooth and fluffy ๐.

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee (do not soak too long). Arrange in a single layer in a serving dish ๐ช.
