๐พ Ingredients
For the pancake dough:
1ยฝ cups all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Water (as needed to make soft dough)
1 tbsp oil
For the savoury stuffing:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic ๐ง
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 small onion (finely chopped)
ยฝ cup cabbage (finely shredded) ๐ฅฌ
ยผ cup carrots (grated) ๐ฅ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Cumin Powder
ยผ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Spring onions (chopped) ๐ฑ

1๏ธโฃ Prepare the dough
Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add water gradually and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Coat lightly with oil, cover, and rest for 15 minutes ๐ฅฃโจ.
2๏ธโฃ Make the stuffing
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger, sautรฉ until aromatic ๐ง๐ฅ. Add onions and cook until soft.
3๏ธโฃ Add vegetables & spices
Add cabbage and carrots. Stir-fry on high heat for 2โ3 minutes. Add PIKS Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, and salt ๐ถ๏ธโจ. Mix well and finish with spring onions. Let the filling cool.
