For marinating chicken:

  • 500 g boneless chicken (bite-size pieces) ๐Ÿ—

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp cornflour

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp oil
