๐๐ถ๏ธ Chilli Chicken โ Full Recipe
๐งพ Ingredients
For marinating chicken:
500 g boneless chicken (bite-size pieces) ๐
1 tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
1 egg (optional, for extra crispiness) ๐ฅ
For the sauce:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic ๐ง
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 green chillies (slit) ๐ถ๏ธ
1 onion (cubed) ๐ง
1 capsicum (cubed) ๐ซ
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
ยฝ tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
ยฝ cup water or stock
1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water

1๏ธโฃ Marinate the chicken
Mix chicken with PIKS Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, soy sauce, cornflour, flour, salt, and egg. Rest for 20โ30 minutes ๐โจ.
2๏ธโฃ Fry the chicken
Heat oil and deep-fry the marinated chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside ๐ฅ.
3๏ธโฃ Prepare the flavour base
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Sautรฉ until fragrant ๐ง๐ถ๏ธ.
4๏ธโฃ Add vegetables
Add onion and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat so they remain slightly crunchy ๐ซ.
5๏ธโฃ Add sauces & PIKS spices
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup, PIKS Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, and Garam Masala. Mix well โจ.
6๏ธโฃ Simmer and thicken
Pour in water or stock and bring to a simmer. Add cornflour slurry and cook until the sauce thickens and turns glossy.

Add fried chicken and toss well so every piece is coated in the spicy sauce ๐๐ฅ.
