๐งพ Ingredients
For marinating & frying chicken:
500 g boneless chicken (bite-size pieces) ๐
1 tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder ๐ถ๏ธ
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg (optional) ๐ฅ
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
For Manchurian sauce:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic ๐ง
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 green chillies (slit) ๐ถ๏ธ
1 small onion (cubed) ๐ง
1 small capsicum (cubed) ๐ซ
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
ยฝ tsp PIKS Red Chilli Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Black Pepper Powder
ยฝ tsp PIKS Garam Masala
1 cup water or stock
1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
Spring onions for garnish ๐ฟ

1๏ธโฃ Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, mix chicken with PIKS Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, soy sauce, cornflour, flour, egg, and salt. Rest for 20โ30 minutes ๐โจ.
2๏ธโฃ Fry until crispy
Heat oil and deep-fry chicken pieces in batches until golden and crispy. Remove and drain ๐ฅ.
3๏ธโฃ Prepare the sauce base
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Sautรฉ until fragrant ๐ง๐ถ๏ธ.
4๏ธโฃ Add veggies
Add onion and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat to keep them slightly crunchy ๐ซโจ.

Pour in water or stock and bring to a boil. Add cornflour slurry and cook until the sauce turns glossy and thick.
